Simple Sautéed Shrimp and Spicy Veggies

A quick 10 minute meal!

Serving size- 2 servings


  • ½ lb shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Olive Oil Pam Spray
  • ½ lb (or more) green beans-or any veggie you like!
  • 1 TBSP Chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat a medium-large skillet over medium heat with Pam Spray. Sauté your shrimp with garlic (minced or crushed), lemon juice and salt and pepper. On the other side of the pan, Sauté your green beans with more olive oil spray (or any veggie works!) and chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Once the shrimp is cooked or heated through and your veggies are cooked to your liking, serve with some extra lemon juice and hot sauce!
