
I decided to start to work with Weight Management Partners after a spring golf trip in 2018. I was over
250 lbs with high cholesterol and very little energy. I was barely able to make it through the trip. When I
returned, I contacted Darlene and scheduled an appointment. That was in May of 2018. After beginning
the program, I lost 55 lbs and reached my goal weight by October and I’ve been maintaining since then.
Since losing the weight I have much more energy, and I have been able to return to a more active
lifestyle. I’m now able to participate in activities that I could never have done before my weight loss. I’ve
been able to start running again and just recently completed a half marathon. Working with the WMT
team has been great and they have helped me change my lifestyle and keep the weight off.
