Recipe of the Week: Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse
2 cups vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 TBSP artificial sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients together and whip with a stand mixer or hand mixer until completely incorporated-about 4 min. Transfer into 2 individual bowls and cover. Let cool in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Add fresh berries if desired! Enjoy!
