Recipe of the Week: Fresh Salsa
8 San Marzano tomatoes diced fine
1/2 cup red onion diced fine
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons of lime ( juice of 1 lime)
1/2 tsp salt
2 jalapeno peppers diced ultra fine, with half of seeds left in.
1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
assorted fresh veggies for scooping
Dice and mix all ingredients. Serve with cut up cucumber, peppers, or celery for a light, refreshing snack!
