Graduated from the University of Dayton in 2000. She began working for Weight Management Partners in 2013 and found her passion in weight management. Her personal experiences and empathy for her patients contribute to the great success of this program.

Susan Ratay, DO, ABOM
Medical Director
Board Certified in Obesity Medicine

Graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. She is Board Certified in Obesity Medicine and has maintained a Primary Care practice in the area for many years, with extensive experience incorporating obesity medications as an adjunct treatment for weight management. She serves on several obesity-related committees, is an active member of the Ohio Obesity Society, and is a renowned speaker on the topic of obesity medicine.

Mary Ellen Moore, RN, BSN, M.Ed.
Registered Nurse

Graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998 and Cleveland State University with a Master in Education in 2001. She has over 25 years of of clinical and practical experience she brings to the practice.

Darlene Paluf, RDN, LD
Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist

The former president of the practice, has been part of Weight Partners since the beginning in 2000. She is an experienced dietitian who shares a passion for weight management with her patients.

Mira is a highly experienced dietitian with expertise in the fields of wellness and obesity. Mira has been part of our practice since its inception in 2000.

Kim Krupitzer
Office Manager

Office Manager has handled all receivable as well as reception duties since 2000. In addition to running a smooth office, she supports all of the medical staff.
