Recipe of the Week: Simple Lemon Pepper Salmon Stir Fry
Servings – 4
Pam Olive Oil Spray
1 pound Salmon (cut into bite size pieces)
8 ounces Fresh green beans
1/2 Lemon (sliced)
Sea salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
In a large skillet spray Pam and place on medium high heat.
Place salmon in a single layer in skillet and cook 1 minute per side.
Toss in the green beans and lemon slices. Toss to combine. Cook for
1-2 more minutes until the green beans are tender.
Season with salt and pepper and more lemon juice if desired.
